  • Cuisine: CATORI Artisan provides cuisine and coordinated services for any meal, occasion, and theme. CATORI’s chefs prepare bespoke, upscale, customized menus in Vegan, Vegetarian, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Asian, Indian, and Reimagined Artisanal American Cuisine.
  • Food-first service structure: Cuisine is the foundation of every CATORI experience. Optional supporting services may be bundled for convenience, consistency, and value, but clients are not required to select services beyond the cuisine.
  • Guest minimum: The minimum booking requirement is 12 participants. If attendance drops below 12, food will still be prepared and billed for 12, and the client will retain the additional portions.
  • Event capacity: CATORI supports up to 100 guests for plated and served events, up to 150 guests for buffets, and 200 or more guests for passed appetizers, charcuterie, or food stations. Collaborative partnerships can support events ranging from 150 to 500 or more guests.
  • Booking process: A conditional, time-sensitive, refundable date-hold deposit is required to secure a date. A formal proposal, which becomes the contract upon agreement, is provided after the mandatory 10-minute phone consultation.
  • Payment terms: Pre-payment will be required. The required payment schedule, amounts, due dates, and related terms will be detailed in the event contract. CATORI does not accept third-party payments, cash, or credit cards. Accepted payment methods are check, bank transfer, and Zelle.
