CATORI is a chef-owned, food-first private chef company. Rentals are an optional enhancement selected around the cuisine, service plan, property, and desired client experience.

Rentals are not decoration alone. They affect plating, fresh on-site preparation, service, guest comfort, table space, setup time, transportation, and cleanup. CATORI reviews how each item will support the cuisine and connect to the florals, property, and client experience.

Tabletop
Glassware, cutlery, dishware, chargers, serving pieces, trays, vessels, and presentation accessories.
Linens
Tablecloths, runners, napkins, overlays, and specialty textiles selected for the table, palette, and service plan.
Decor and Lighting
Candles, accents, thematic pieces, custom decor, and lighting elements selected to support the mood
and layout.
Furniture and Structures
Tables, chairs, specialty furniture, tents, staging, bars, backdrops, and related items sourced through preferred providers when required.
Service and Display Pieces
Platters, risers, stands, trays, beverage stations, buffet pieces, and presentation equipment selected around the menu and service format.
CATORI Collection and Preferred Providers
CATORI maintains a collection of selected items and also works with preferred providers for additional quantities, styles, and specialty needs. Availability is confirmed for each event. No item, quantity, color, or provider should be considered reserved until it appears in the approved proposal and agreement.
A More Coordinated Setup
When optional rentals are planned around the cuisine, the team can consider measurements, table capacity, plating needs, serving flow, installation sequence, and visual balance before event day. Florals and event design may also be coordinated when they add value. This helps reduce gaps, duplicates, and last-minute substitutions.
